Sept begins a natural transitional time for Nature and us humans as well. Depending on where you are located the seasons are beginning to shift in preperation for a new season; Summer to Fall. A slowing down has begun. The same way we must process the literal fruits and veggies grown from the alchemy of the Summer sun and rain, we will thrive and grow if we process the seasons emotional work, too. Allow these classes to support you in your seasonal transition.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is a holistic preventative and curative practice. Because of the unique pacing and postures of a Restorative Yoga, the practice has profound impact on both mental and physical health. When we engage in this practice, we are teaching our nervous system how to release contraction and to feel safe coming into deep states of rest that support repair, rejuvenation, & resilience.
